Orders. All sales are final. Since services are contract based and may involve R&D, these are non-refundable, however, we will correct the quality and adhere to quality parameters stated in the quote. The products can be exchanged or returned if the original box is unopened. Opened boxes will not be retuned. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The Tobacco Company will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed items. When you receive your item, please keep them in a safe place as instructed in the data sheet. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage the items.

Occasionally, the items you order may not be available at the time of your order. One of our representatives will inform you about the backorder. In that case, if you do not wish to purchase the item, you may cancel your order and the charges will be fully refunded.

All orders are shipped to the billing address of your credit card (no exceptions) via your chosen shipping method. Most orders are processed the same business day in which they are received. Orders placed after hours will be processed on the next business day. For certain events, it may not be available for immediate shipment. In this case, a The Tobacco Company representative will contact you with notification of approximately when your s will be shipped. All shipments require a signature at the point of delivery.
